About Mara's Creations
My Creations
I developed a passion for arts and crafts at a young age. My mother is my biggest inspiration. She made my clothing since I was born. She is an amazing self taught artist, and still uses various mediums.
Being born and raised in South America had an influence on my interest to create art with limited materials. Fabric and paper have been my favorite materials and upcycling them give me so much pleasure.
Fabrics
FACE COVERS fabrics were ordered brand new, then washed and sanitized. Sold hundreds and donated dozens throughout the pandemic.
I do love to use upcycled and unused fabrics that I buy at thrift stores for other projects. I wouldn't be surprised if sooner or later you recognize a fabric here and there around Chappaqua

The maker and artist of most of the things you see in these pictures. I resell antique linens I acquire around my area from time to time.
Prior to Covid19 I used to provide babysitting, housesitting, and petsitting services. As my schedule got full working for 2 families on a regular basis my sitting services are unavailable until further notice.
